They said, when you take away all the colors in a photograph and leave only the shades of gray, black to white, you see nothing but the soul of the photograph and you see nothing but the emotion captured in it. Can you see it in this photograph? I got a request to shoot family portraits and the family’s activities inside a bookstore last week. We spent about half an hour inside the bookstore (thanks Borders for the approval), having fun shooting without disrupting the traffic flow there.
